In conjunction with the 4th anniversary awareness program was implemented to nurses in hospitals in the southern province and public health nursing officers about palliative care, Wound and stoma care, pain management and breast disease clinic and care, guidance of Senior Oncological Surgeon Dr Chrysantha Perera. About 100 nurses from the southern province participated in this program. Here they also got the opportunity to visit Satsit Satkam Piyasa. The nurses who participated this program appreciated service of the Senior Oncological surgeon Dr Chrysantha Perera and the team's service for palliative care patients .
